This unusual Fossilized Coral Cabochon was wire wrapped by an amazing Wire Artist, Dianna Biehl-Mooses. Dianna asked me to create a Tension Bracelet around her wire work. This is the finished bracelet. (Click on the photo to see a beautiful collage from beginning to end) SOLD
My client sent me this beautiful Glass Cabochon by Glass Artist Keri Mullens, and asked me to create a Pin/Pendant. Since the back of the cabochon was just as beautiful as the front, I cut out the back of the setting to showcase it’s beauty. There is a hidden bail on back for the chain. “Paws of Life” Custom Mezuzah in Sterling Silver for “The Grace Farm Senior Pug Sanctuary” The Meaning of My Design – “The heart at bottom symbolizes the love Andrea & David give to their animals here on earth on their farm. The paw prints in movement upward towards the sun are their Pugs living a full and complete life, moving free and experiencing grass under their feet on the farm and the warmth of the sun on their faces. They are walking towards the “Chai”, which is the Hebrew symbol meaning “long life”. The heart above the “Chai” are all the precious Pugs that have crossed Rainbow Bridge taking Andrea & David’s love with them, running and playing freely, happy and in good health once again on the other side. The top of the Mezuzah has to be removable so the handwritten “kosher scroll”, the blessing, can be inserted inside the Sterling Silver case. Twisted links on top and bottom enable the Mezuzah to be affixed to the doorway. The Mezuzah now has it’s intended meaning and will come full circle with it’s blessing once it is affixed to Andrea & David’s doorway.” SOLD
Rainbow Bridge Charm Bracelet – This is a very special tribute and bracelet filled with lots of love. I was asked to create a “Rainbow Bridge Charm Bracelet” memorializing the pets that were loved and lost with their names engraved in little hearts. It was my honor to create this bracelet for my client. These are the pieces that make my “job” worthwhile. SOLD
Green River Jasper with Green Druzy set in Fine Silver on a backdrop of Hand-Textured flowing river in Sterling. Hand-Carved Leaves float down the river while the bezel set CZ’s sparkle and shine in the sun. That was my inspiration for this unique piece. Hidden bail in back to accommodate the chain. “Raising the Bar” is a custom 16” necklace comprised of 3mm, seamless sterling silver beads. Each silver bead is hand-wrapped with sterling wire to form a beautiful chain. The center focal piece is a solid “bar” of sterling silver for which the necklace gets it’s name. SOLD
THE “GARDEN OF LONG LIFE” MEZUZAH in Sterling Silver – As a Silversmith, the most gratifying work I can be asked to create is a commission for a customized piece of major importance. The Mezuzah is that piece.
On the right doorpost of almost every Jewish home you will find a small box or case positioned on a slight angle. This box serves as a reminder to live by God’s commandments.
I created this Mezuzah visualizing a living vine growing up to the heavens and back down to the earth with blessings to the people residing in the home. The Hebrew symbol “Chai” is on the face of the Mezuzah…translation…”Long Life”. A hand-written scroll from Israel is enclosed inside with the blessing. HEIRLOOM MEZUZAH This custom Mezuzah was hand fabricated from Fine and Sterling Silvers. The top and bottom twisted wire endcaps include bezel set Onyx cabochons and decorative twisted wire for hanging. The “tube” body contains a prayer scroll blessed in the Holy land, which can be replaced by removing the top removable endcap. A specified request from my client was to set the Diamond from a ring Inherited from his Dad. This is prominently placed centered within the Star of David. SOLD

The “Georgette” Sterling & Fine Silver Jade Pendant
The client, Georgette, supplied me with her jade cabochon and Italian Sterling Omega chain and requested a contemporary, clean design. This is what I created for her. I did texture the silver behind the jade and the pendant border to offset all the “shiny” and create some other interest and dimension. SOLD

The Alison Colors “Two” Bracelet with 2 Puppies & 1Young Adult Focal Pieces – My clients have the best ideas when they ask for custom pieces. For this bracelet I was asked to incorporate the collar colors of each of her Pugs. Since she was the first to ask for “Color” I named this weave after her. “The Alison Colors” weave. Her 5 Pugs are now represented in Alison’s custom bracelet. SOLD
The Coral Mother & Daughter Pendant – When Georgette sent me 2 of her precious coral cabochons, one she bought on a trip to Hawaii and one belonging to her mother, and asked me to make a “Mother/Daughter Pendant” for her, I was delighted to create something so meaningful and special.
Georgette did have certain requirements and some specific ideas that she wanted fulfilled. One of the stones had to go in an “East/West” direction, she wanted twisted wire around the stones, and it had to fit on her Italian Sterling Omega Chain. We had lots of discussions, and after a few sketches were sent, Georgette gave me the OK to start on her custom pendant. This pendant will eventually be worn by Georgette’s daughter. I was happy to be a part of this generational treasure. SOLD
