Payment for your order through the Lezlie Caryn Designs website is made quickly and easily thru PayPal only. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use it.
If you are interested in a piece from a post you see on Facebook or Instagram that is not yet on the LCD website, you can message or email lezlie@lezliecaryndesigns.com We will be happy to take your order, send you a PayPal invoice, and ship after payment is made & verified.
No personal checks are accepted. Although I do love cash, please do not send cash thru the mail!

If there is a piece you love on the LCD website or posted on Facebook or Instagram that you would like to reserve until you can pay for the item, message or email and we can set up a payment schedule for you.
A 50% non-refundable deposit would be required to hold your piece which will be shipped when the final payment in full has been made.
All purchases within the State of New York will automatically be charged appropriate NYS Sales Tax.
We cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email LCD ASAP, and we will make every attempt to honor your request.
We cannot cancel any order if you have been notified that your order has been shipped.
Each item from Lezlie Caryn Designs is completely hand-made with precision, special care and attention to detail. This is a process that can’t be rushed. Since we do not stock large quantities of each item, orders are processed and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Every consideration is made to make sure you receive your order in a speedy and timely manner.
Similarly, if your piece is custom or contains gemstones or pearls, each of these components must be placed carefully and precisely one-by-one. The very nature of this process takes some time. Please allow the time required to complete your piece.
Please allow extra time during holiday seasons.
Domestic orders, before taxes, will have a flat rate shipping fee of $13.00, which includes insurance, added to the order.
LCD will always look for the least expensive way to ship your order
All orders are shipped via Postal Service, Priority Mail, Flat Rate Box, Tracked & Insured
You will receive an email with your tracking # and when you can expect your delivery.

No shipments will be made to a P.O. Box

No returns can be made or will be accepted without prior notification or authorization by us. Contact us at lezlie@lezliecaryndesigns.com to authorize your return.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the items are new and unworn with all tags attached. We will issue a refund for the purchase price, less shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
All original paperwork, packaging and tags must accompany your authorized return including a detailed explanation for the return or a refund cannot be made.
All returns must be shipped back to Lezlie Caryn Designs to the address you are provided.
Shipped returns must include insurance for the dollar amount of the item(s) being returned, tracking and signature for LCD to accept that return, or we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except for items that are damaged upon receipt during shipping. In that case, a replacement with the same item and free shipping will be made, or an LCD Store Credit will be issued for the total purchase price of that item once the damaged item has been received by us.
An item returned beyond 14 days of the date of delivery, but within 30 days of delivery will receive an LCD store credit for the amount of your item only. No shipping charges will be refunded.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a refund, if applicable, will be promptly processed and issued in the same form as your original method of payment.
Items deemed to have been worn may only be returned if they are confirmed to have been defective in some way.
In the event an order is returned to us due to a delivery that cannot be made to the address supplied to us at the time of ordering, you will be promptly notified. You will be charged to re-ship this item to a new or different address. We will re-ship this item at no additional charge if it was our error.
If you have refused delivery of this item for some reason, charges will apply.
No refunds will be made due to improper wear & care of the item.
We cannot accept any returns after 30 days of delivery date.
No returns or refunds will be given on Final Sale, Limited, Discontinued or Custom-made items
LCD does not offer exchanges except for damages due to shipping
No C.O.D. or postage due returns will be accepted
All returns, exchanges and credits are dealt with on a case-by-case basis to determine the best way to satisfy your order. Exceptions to the above may apply.
At Lezlie Caryn Designs custom orders are always welcome. If you would love a custom design, please send an email and we can discuss the perfect piece for you. A consultation will be made via e-mail, phone, or in person if possible.
Once an idea and design is decided on by you, and approval to “go ahead” has been made in writing, an invoice will be sent to you via email.
A non-refundable, 50% deposit will be required to begin fabrication
Any changes made to the approved, initial design before fabrication, will have additional charges applied.
Once we have started working on your custom piece from our discussions, sketches and approvals, no changes of any kind can be made
If you decide to cancel the piece from being completed once fabrication has begun, you will be charged for any material costs that have been specifically purchased and used for the creation of your piece over & above the non-refundable 50% deposit
Upon completion of your order, the remaining balance of the invoice will be required to be paid before your order is shipped
All custom order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Please be patient with the custom order process as it will ensure that you get exactly what you want
Custom orders placed during holiday season might take longer to complete
Custom orders by Lezlie Caryn Designs are made to your specifications after consultation and your approval of the final design is made via e-mail or in person when possible. Therefore, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on these custom-made items.
Every precaution is taken to make sure you get exactly the item(s) you ordered and approved, which is why no custom order will begin fabrication before your signed, approved “go ahead” is received. We stand behind our products and it is our goal to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Instructions for care & cleaning your sterling silver/gemstone jewelry is included with each purchase.
As you are our valued customer, you will receive a complimentary gift of an anti-tarnish treated plastic bag, anti-tarnish strip, and a silver cleaning cloth with all sterling silver jewelry.
All sterling silver jewelry will arrive beautifully boxed in a Lezlie Caryn designer jewelry box for you to keep or ready for gift giving.
